榆林文化旅游产业投资有限公司简称“榆林文旅公司”，是由榆林市政府、陕文投集团作为主要发起人，联合陕煤集团、延长石油、陕西有色共同出资成立的国有股份制企业，成立于2013年11月，注册资金10亿元人民币。

企业以陕文投集团总体战略为导向，坚持“文旅追梦，产业报国”企业使命，以“文化旅游”为核心业务，以“创新创意”为核心能力，以“人才队伍”为核心竞争力，以“文化园区开发、旅游景区建设、文化演艺组织、文化活动实施、文化科技建材、体育场馆运营”为六大产业方向，定位“文化资源整合梳理者、文化项目策划设计者、文化投资带动引领者、文化项目运营服务者”，致力于传承历史新展示、再造城市新板块、塑造市民新生活、引领文旅新体验。

旗下先后成立了榆林中能文创园管理有限公司、榆林大剧院管理有限公司、陕西巨匠文化建材科技有限公司、榆林体育场馆运营管理有限公司、陕西统万城景区运营管理有限公司共5家全资和控股子公司，已经成为“榆林市文化产业领军企业”和“陕西省文化产业十百千工程骨干型文化企业”。

Yulin culture & tourism industry investment co., ltd. is also called Yulin cultural tourism for short. It is established by the Yulin municipal government and Shaanxi Cultural Investment Group as the main sponsor, and together with Shaanxi Coal Group, Yanchang Petroleum Group, Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Group. The company is a state-owned joint-stock enterprise, and it was founded in November 2013 with a registered capital of 1 billion RMB.

Guided by the overall strategy of Shaanxi Cultural Investment Group, the company adheres to the corporate mission of ‘Pursuing dreams in cultural and tourism industry and serving the country’. It insists with cultural tourism as the core business, innovation and creativity as the core capacity, talent team as the core competitiveness. It has become a leading enterprise of cultural industry in yulin city, and a backbone cultural enterprise of Shaanxi Province Cultural Industry “Ten Hundred Thousand” Project.
